SHIPPING A FIREARM TO US IS PRETTY SIMPLE
STEP 1
Box up the parts that you are wanting us to work on. Do not ship anything extra that is not needed to work on the gun. Please remove sling from gun if possible. Only send chokes that are needed for pattern testing your gun. (Chokes, slings, wrenches, shims, optics, or any other non-essential accessories are not necessary. DO NOT SEND OPTICS, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MIGHT OCCUR). Always make sure guns are broken down and unloaded. We suggest to wrap in bubble wrap or simply send in your gun case.
STEP 2
Click the link below to access the work order form. You may fill this form out electronically or you can print and fill out manually. Please send this form with the gun when shipping.
If you are purchasing one of our services with an RR Gift Card, please print out the order confirmation email and send it to us with the firearm. (email will contain information such as order confirmation number, name, address, gift card amount, date of order). The gift card order will be located using the information provided in the email, and the gift card amount will be applied to your purchase accordingly.

STEP 3 (United States)
We have several authorized dealers all across the US. These dealers have the ability to ship your gun straight to us. Shipping through one of our authorized dealers is the most efficient way to get your firearm to us. However, if you are not able to ship your firearm through a dealer, you can utilize a local FFL. All California residents must utilize an FFL in order to ship guns to us.

STEP 3 (Canada)
Canadian residents cannot ship firearms directly to us. In order to import and export guns to and from Canada, we use a company called Borderview International Firearm Logistics. Simply contact Borderview, and they will be able to take care of the rest. All charges for importing and exporting will be handled by Borderview.

STEP 4
Payment for all work done on your gun will be collected after the work is completed. If you are able to come to our office, payment will be taken there in person. If you are not able to come to our office, payment will be taken over the phone. We do not accept American Express. Please do not send a check or money order with your firearm unless prior arrangements have been made with our office.
